We serve individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of psychotherapy needs. Our faith-based team values authenticity, flexibility, and clinical excellence. We are currently seeking skilled Licensed Therapists to join us as a part-time employee. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who desires the freedom of private practice without the burden of overhead, admin, or marketing. We also provide you with insurance credentialing. • quality therapy Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (depending on your scope) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Coordinate and manage your own schedule and responsibilities with clients Maintain ethical and legal standards in compliance with state licensing boards Participate in occasional team meetings or consultation (optional but encouraged) Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy Active License in the state of CA (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) Strong clinical skills to address a variety of therapeutic needs Reliable internet and private space (for remote telehealth) Willingness to work 8-20+ client hours per week (you set your ideal number) Bonus Qualifications (not required) EMDR or trauma-informed certification Bilingual (especially Spanish, Mandarin, or ASL) Paneled with insurance (optional•or we'll credential you) Apply to this post if you're interested.
