Licensed Therapist — Adults or Adolescents Premier Behavioral Health Services | Mentor, Ohio | Full-time, hybrid | $50,000-$65,000 per year Premier Behavioral Health Services (PBHS) is seeking an experienced therapist to provide individual therapy to adults or adolescents. We welcome applicants who specialize in either population. PBHS is a collaborative practice with a DBT foundation and a consultative model. Our clinicians use a range of therapeutic approaches to treat mood disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, and other mental health concerns. What you'll do Provide ongoing individual psychotherapy in person and via telehealth to adults or adolescents, based on your experience. Conduct clinical assessments and use the

DSM-5-TR

to inform diagnosis and treatment. Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as clients' needs change. Participate in clinical consultation and coordinate care with colleagues when appropriate. Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation. What we're looking for A current Ohio LPCC or LISW license, or a PhD or PsyD and current Ohio psychologist license. At least 10 years of experience providing therapy services to individuals. Familiarity with the

DSM-5-TR.

Experience providing telehealth therapy while maintaining patient privacy and complying with HIPAA. Experience treating adults or adolescents in an outpatient setting. Interest in working within a collaborative, DBT-oriented practice.
