As we continue to expand, we are seeking a licensed therapist who specializes in working with children and adolescents to join our team on a contract basis (70/30 split). The ideal candidate must be open to integrating faith-based approaches only when requested by the client or caregiver.

Job Description :

We are seeking a licensed therapist who is passionate about supporting children and adolescents navigating childhood trauma, emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and family transitions. The ideal candidate is developmentally informed, trauma-sensitive, and skilled at helping young clients build emotional awareness and resilience. You will have the flexibility to design a caseload that aligns with your expertise while providing therapy that may integrate faith-based principles only when requested by the client or caregiver. This role includes a hybrid model, offering Telehealth, and in-person sessions in the office. Therapists must reside in Broward County or the surrounding area to accommodate in-person needs.

Responsibilities :

Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents via secure Telehealth and in-office sessions. Collaborate with caregivers and school personnel when clinically appropriate and with proper consent. Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Utilize trauma-informed, attachment-based, and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications :

Active, unrestricted Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience. Experience with childhood trauma, attachment-based work, relationship concerns, or play-based approaches preferred. Comfort integrating faith-based principles when requested by clients or caregivers. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Must reside in Broward County or surrounding areas. Ability to provide Telehealth and in-office sessions. Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity.
