Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals facing various challenges. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals. Provide psychotherapy using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, etc. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and progress. Offer crisis intervention services as needed to ensure client safety. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes. Provide direct support for clients with developmental disabilities or special needs. Collaborate with director as needed. Skills Proficiency in Psychotherapy techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Crisis Management. Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate medical documentation. Familiarity with Telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions. Strong background in Addiction Counseling, Grief Counseling, PTSD Care, and Behavioral Therapy (Preferred, but not required) Ability to perform Patient Assessments and Diagnostic Evaluations effectively. Skills in Case Management to support clients through their treatment journey.
