Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry is an integrative mental health practice in Cedar Rapids looking for a grounded, trauma-informed therapist who wants meaningful long-term clinical work alongside psychiatry and integrative medicine providers. Your caseload fills from our psychiatry side's referral flow — not your own marketing — and compensation is production-based with a W-2 benefits path, so your earnings scale with your work.
