(Full Time) Meadows Wellness Collective | Brownsburg, Indiana | Hybrid or fully virtual The short version We help you start to build your calendar up to 12-24 client hours a week . We handle billing, credentialing, and everything that comes with it. You handle your calendar and the clinical work. That's the arrangement. About us Meadows Wellness Collective exists for people who have been told their pain is too complicated, they don't belong, or their needs are too much to accommodate. We are rooted in the belief that healing happens in community, connection, and spaces where you are fully seen. We specialize in affirming, trauma-informed care for queer, trans, and LGBTQ+ individuals, disabled and chronically ill clients, and those navigating the intersection of identity, trauma, and a world not always built with them in mind. What you'd be doing Carrying a caseload of 12-24 clinical hours per week Providing individual [and/or couples, family, group] therapy, in person and/or via telehealth Completing clinical documentation within 3 business days Participating in biweekly peer consultation Coordinating care with prescribers and outside providers as needed What we take off your plate Credentialing and re-credentialing with all commercial panels and Medicaid MCEs. We manage the applications, the follow-up, and the renewals Billing end to end — claim submission, ERA reconciliation, denials, appeals, and client balances Furnished office space EHR and telehealth platform Supervision (if needed) No caseload-building from scratch. No chasing claims on a Sunday night. What we're looking for Active, unrestricted Indiana license: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (independently licensed) or LMHCA (supervision provided) Ability to be credentialed with commercial insurance panels Comfort working autonomously while staying connected to a team Compensation and schedule
