About The Hundred Healings The Hundred Healings Therapy Group is a growing Arkansas therapy practice built around a simple belief: clinicians do their best work when they are trusted, supported, and given the freedom to be clinicians. Preference may be given to established clinicians who currently maintain a caseload and are interested in bringing or transitioning eligible clients into the practice, when clinically appropriate and permitted by existing agreements, payer requirements, and applicable professional standards. Clinicians without an existing caseload are also encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Clinicians provide assessment, counseling/psychotherapy, treatment planning, documentation, and other services permitted within their individual Arkansas license and professional scope. Services are primarily provided through telehealth to clients throughout Arkansas. For clinicians interested in serving the Arkansas Delta more directly, opportunities may also be available for in-home, school-based, and other community-based services. Community-based work is optional and dependent upon clinician interest, client need, payer requirements, and applicable professional standards. • Opportunity to grow with a developing multidisciplinary therapy group $40-$100 per completed service hour, depending on licensure, service type, experience, payer reimbursement, and agreed contractor rate.

Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process. Independent Contractor Relationship This opportunity is structured as a 1099 independent contractor relationship. Contract clinicians are responsible for maintaining all licenses, credentials, professional liability insurance, and other requirements applicable to their individual practice. Because services are primarily remote, clinicians must have access to appropriate technology, reliable internet, and a private environment suitable for confidential telehealth services. Clinicians choosing to provide community-based services are responsible for reliable transportation, appropriate automobile insurance, and other resources necessary for travel. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, health insurance, equipment, and other personal or professional expenses unless otherwise specified in their individual contractor agreement. Qualifications

• Hold a current, unrestricted Arkansas LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP, or LADAC license
• Be legally authorized to practice independently within the scope of that license
• Maintain professional liability insurance
• Maintain appropriate professional and ethical standards
• Be comfortable providing telehealth services
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable professional requirements
• Be willing to complete applicable payer credentialing/enrollment requirements Experience with underserved, rural, or Delta communities is welcomed but not required.

Who May Be a Great Fit Hundred Healings may be especially appealing if you're a clinician who wants to maintain a small caseload outside another professional role, bring an established caseload into a supportive group-practice environment, transition gradually toward private practice, expand an existing practice through additional referrals, work primarily from home, or serve underserved Arkansas communities. You don't need to be looking for a traditional 40-hour workweek to have a place here. This is a fully remote opportunity available to qualified clinicians throughout Arkansas. Clinicians may provide telehealth services to clients statewide. For clinicians located in or near the Arkansas Delta, optional opportunities for community-based services may become available, including services provided in homes, schools, or other appropriate community settings.
