License encouraged to Apply Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide expert mental health support to individuals across diverse age groups, focusing on addiction counseling, trauma-focused therapy, and child & youth therapy. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective treatment and support clients in their journey toward mental well-being. Duties Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients experiencing behavioral health challenges. Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, trauma resolution, and child & youth mental health needs. Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the delivery of effective and ethical therapeutic interventions. Document all clinical interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and monitor client progress. Offer crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring safety and stabilization for clients in distress. Stay current with advancements in behavioral health therapies and maintain licensure requirements through ongoing professional development. Qualifications Valid license as a Licensed Therapist or equivalent credential in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in behavioral health settings, including addiction counseling, trauma-focused therapy, and child & youth therapy. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment. Excellent clinical documentation skills with attention to detail and compliance standards. Ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds and ages. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
