Role:

As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide high-quality, individualized therapy services primarily to adults, with the option to work with children as well. You will conduct comprehensive initial assessments and provide ongoing therapy tailored to each client's unique goals and needs. This is a flexible, independent position, with access to peer consultation and supervision as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Provide ongoing, evidence-based therapy to adults (and optionally children) Maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards Collaborate with colleagues for case consultation and professional growth Maintain appropriate licensure and continuing education requirements Manage a minimum caseload of 5 clients per week, with the opportunity to grow your practice at your own pace

Qualifications:

Active independent license to practice in RI(e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) Experience working with adult clients; experience with children is a plus Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to ethical care Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, thoughtful therapist looking to do meaningful work with a manageable caseload and a high degree of professional autonomy.
