About Bright Circle Counseling Bright Circle Counseling is a growing, trauma-informed and client-centered group practice located in Cranberry Township, serving the North Pittsburgh area. We provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults and are committed to creating a supportive environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LAPC, or LCSW) to join our team. This is a W-2 employee position with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Our goal is to give clinicians the support they need to focus on providing quality care while maintaining clinical autonomy, flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance. Position Responsibilities Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults based on clinician experience and areas of interest. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop appropriate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based and client-centered approaches, which may include CBT, trauma-informed interventions, behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and other clinically appropriate modalities. Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress. Complete timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation within the practice's EHR system. Provide both in-person and telehealth therapy while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional and ethical standards. Assess client safety and utilize appropriate crisis intervention and risk-management procedures when necessary. Collaborate with other providers and community resources when clinically appropriate. Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Maintain professional, ethical, and documentation standards consistent with practice policies and applicable licensing requirements. Qualifications LPC, LAPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania. Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field. Pre-licensed LAPCs are encouraged to apply. Experience providing outpatient mental health services is preferred. Trauma-informed training or experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a supportive clinical team. Familiarity with EHR systems, treatment planning, HIPAA, and clinical documentation is preferred; training and support will be provided .
