Job Summary Plutonic is seeking a Georgia-licensed LMSW to provide therapy primarily to adolescents and young adults under appropriate clinical supervision. Our primary clinical focus areas include anxiety, ADHD, externalizing disorders, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and school-related concerns. Sessions will primarily be conducted through Plutonic's virtual therapy platform. Therapists may also provide traditional video sessions and select in-person services from our Metro Atlanta office. The selected therapist may gradually build a caseload based on availability, with a target of approximately 15-20 sessions per week. After-school and evening availability is strongly preferred because most adolescent clients request appointments during those hours. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to adolescents and young adults under appropriate clinical supervision Conduct sessions through Plutonic's virtual therapy platform, traditional telehealth, and select in-person settings Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans Submit accurate progress notes and other required documentation within established deadlines Document services in a manner that supports insurance billing and clinical compliance Monitor client progress, safety, and treatment outcomes Coordinate care with parents, schools, physicians, and other providers when clinically appropriate and properly authorized Participate consistently in required clinical supervision Follow HIPAA requirements, professional ethical standards, and Georgia licensing regulations Communicate promptly with Plutonic's clinical and administrative teams regarding scheduling, documentation, and client-care needs Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Georgia LMSW license Georgia residency Experience providing therapy or clinical services to adolescents with a focus in clinical areas such as anxiety disorders, ADHD, externalizing disorders, depression, trauma and family conflict Ability to complete accurate assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation on time Understanding of documentation requirements associated with insurance billing Ability to document insurance-based sessions in a manner that supports diagnosis, medical necessity, CPT coding, and claim requirements Ability and willingness to conduct sessions using Plutonic's virtual therapy platform Reliable computer, internet connection, and private setting suitable for teletherapy

Base Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
