We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled therapist to join our team. Position Summary We are looking for a licensed or pre-licensed therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families. This is a hybrid position where you will conduct a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. The ideal candidate will be flexible, eager to learn, and committed to a collaborative model of care. The role requires a clinician who has experience in individual, group, and family therapy and is comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients across the lifespan (children and adults). Provide a blend of telehealth and in-person therapy sessions. In-person sessions are in our South Bay area. Facilitate therapeutic group sessions on various topics (e.g., anxiety, social skills, parenting, etc.). Collaborate closely with our clinic's psychiatrist and other professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for shared clients. Provide clinical supervision to junior level clinicians including pre-licensed therapists and post-doctoral candidates. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards. Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices. Training & Supervision:
We are committed to fostering your growth. Training and supervision will be provided to ensure you have a safe space for reflection, case consultation, and continuous skill enhancement as you work toward full licensure. You will receive dedicated supervision from seasoned experts in the field. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work). Proven experience in providing therapy to both adult and child populations. Demonstrated experience or strong willingness to lead and facilitate group therapy. A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests is highly desirable.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$60 to $100 based on credential and experience.
