In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and relationship solutions, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Flexible work from home options available.
