) Job type: Full-time (Mon Wed Fri) a minimum of 30 client sessions per week required. Sessions are 53 minutes each. 70% Remote w/ Two to Three Office Days Per Week (Monday, Wed, Friday) Individuals, couples, Teens and Children 9yrs and older Clients are provided for you! You will have a case load of 30 in 8-100 weeks!

$33-$35/hr

About the job:

Create your own schedule. You will have access to your supervisor 24/7 via text and phone calls during your work hours when you need it. We are ok with hand holding and expect nothing less as a new associate :) You will be 70% Remote with only needing to have TWO to THREE In office day per week All Clients will be provided for you and you will have a full complete caseload with 8-10 weeks We have an amazing practice manager who handles ALL billing and anything related to the insurance side. We provide clinical support, supervision, collaboration and education. You will learn the ins and outs of owning a private practice Currently there are no medical benefits but you should be able to qualify for a PPO with covered CA. Guidance can be provided for this if needed. We welcome ALL newly graduated Associates!

Responsibilities :

Remembering to always provide caring and compassionate counseling to everyone you treat. Timely completion of notes. Notes are simple (S.O.A.P) and include a diagnosis, progress note and your treatment plan. Attend weekly

Paid Group and Individual/Triadic Supervision Requirements:

You MUST have an Associate Number provided by the BBS You MUST be able to maintain a case load of 30 clients a week. This is a 30 hour a week position. If conducting 30 (53min) sessions a week (6hrs a day) is to much for you then this may not be the right fit for you. If you would like to treat more than 30 clients a week you just have to let us know and we are more than happy to provide more clients for you! You must be professional and comfortable with dressing in professional attire. Must have LESS than 700 logged clinical hours If you are limited in private practice skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice! Must be reliable, flexible, professional, brave and enjoy laughing with a fun supportive team!
