We are especially interested in a Marriage & Family Therapist or therapist with strong experience working with couples, marriages, and families who is passionate about helping people strengthen relationships, improve communication, navigate conflict, heal from relational wounds, and build healthier patterns of connection. About The Healing Well The Healing Well, LLC is a growing group psychotherapy practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Western Massachusetts. Our practice is built around the belief that therapy should feel thoughtful, welcoming, individualized, and human. We have intentionally designed our clinical spaces to support different therapeutic needs, including dedicated spaces for couples and families, children, emotional regulation, movement-based therapy, and more. With our continued growth and expansion into our second location in Springfield, we are looking to add a clinician who can help us further develop our couples, marriage, and family therapy services. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for relational work and feels comfortable helping couples and families navigate concerns such as: Communication difficulties Marital and relationship conflict Rebuilding trust Infidelity and relationship repair Premarital counseling Parenting and co-parenting concerns Family conflict Blended-family adjustment Separation and major relationship transitions Intimacy and emotional disconnection Life transitions impacting the couple or family system Trauma and its impact on relationships Family-of-origin patterns Conflict resolution and emotional regulation Experience or training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Structural Family Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Prepare/Enrich, or other evidence-based couples/family approaches is highly valued. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to couples, families, and/or individual clients based on clinical interests and experience Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation Develop thoughtful, clinically appropriate treatment goals with clients Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with clients, families, outside providers, and community partners when clinically appropriate Participate in supervision, consultation, clinical meetings, and professional development Maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries Follow The Healing Well's clinical policies and standards of care Maintain a consistent caseload and support continuity of care for clients Qualifications Candidates should possess or be working toward an eligible Massachusetts behavioral health license, including: LMFT LMFT-eligible / pre-licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
