Lynsene Care LLC is a patient-centered psychiatric and behavioral health practice serving clients throughout Maryland. Our practice provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individual psychotherapy through in-person and telehealth services. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and independently licensed mental health therapists to join our growing practice on a part-time, contractual basis. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to provide telehealth services, with optional in-person services at our Germantown, Maryland office.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide telehealth and, when available, in-person therapy sessions Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor clients' progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team Complete appropriate safety and risk assessments when indicated Follow HIPAA requirements, professional ethics, and applicable Maryland regulations

Qualifications :

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active and unrestricted Maryland license permitting the provision of psychotherapy, such as LCSW-C or LCPC Outpatient mental health and telehealth experience preferred Knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and risk assessment Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Reliable internet access and a private, HIPAA-appropriate environment for telehealth services

Position Details:

Part-time contract position Approximately 16 hours per week

Compensation:
