The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and couples, focusing on mental health issues and promoting overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to develop effective treatment plans. This role requires providing in person sessions at least 4 days a week at our Bryan/College Station office. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide psychotherapy and behavioral therapy to clients across various age groups, including pediatrics. Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring client safety and support. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collect and analyze research data to contribute to ongoing program development and improvement. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and community resources to support client care.
