Job Overview:
LAC or LSW licensed in NJ (Required) Must see Children and Adolescent Free Supervision Provided We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling services to individuals (adults and youth) dealing with various mental health issues. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support clients in their journey towards mental wellness. Therapist will conduct telehealth and in person sessions in our Toms River, NJ office. Flexible Hybrid Scheduling.Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards

$55,000.00- $80,000.
