Full-time or part-time opportunities available Pathways Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically grounded Licensed Professional Counselor or Associate Professional Counselor to join our growing therapy practice in Gainesville, Georgia. About the Role The selected clinician will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and/or adults, depending on experience and clinical fit. The role offers the opportunity to build a caseload in a private-practice setting while contributing to a warm, client-centered team culture. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counseling services in accordance with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support clients' goals, strengths, and clinical needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and referral sources when appropriate and authorized.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical consultation as needed.
• Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and client-focused practice environment. Qualifications
• Current Georgia licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Associate Professional Counselor (APC).
• Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to ethical practice.
• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged in a collaborative practice setting.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, couples, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or related areas is welcome.
