Full-time or part-time opportunities available Pathways Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically grounded Licensed Professional Counselor or Associate Professional Counselor to join our growing therapy practice in Gainesville, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful therapeutic relationships, evidence-based care, and a supportive professional environment focused on client growth and healing. About the Role The selected clinician will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and/or adults, depending on experience and clinical fit. The role offers the opportunity to build a caseload in a private-practice setting while contributing to a warm, client-centered team culture. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality counseling services in accordance with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that support clients' goals, strengths, and clinical needs.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and referral sources when appropriate and authorized.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical consultation as needed.
- Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and client-focused practice environment. Qualifications
- Current Georgia licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Associate Professional Counselor (APC).
- Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a related field.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to ethical practice.
- Ability to work independently while remaining engaged in a collaborative practice setting.
- Experience with children, adolescents, families, couples, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or related areas is welcome.
- Supportive private-practice environment in Gainesville, Georgia.
