Required Qualifications Licensure:
Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in Wisconsin ( LPC, LMFT, or LCSW ).
Education:
Master's degree or higher in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related behavioral health field.
Compliance:
Strong clinical judgment and uncompromised ethical standards. Preferred Qualifications Specialized training or certification in trauma-informed, depth-oriented modalities—specifically EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) . Experience or strong interest in working with couples , children , or adolescents . Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy independently (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW). Ready to join a team that values the clinician as much as the client?
