We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health counseling and support to patients in need using integrative methods that speak to each individual client's needs. Elevate Mental Health Studio is a holistic mental health studio that emphasizes both traditional and non-traditional interventions incorporating the use of western and eastern medicine into the healing of patients. EMDR, Tapping, Reiki, Meditation and Yoga are currently tools used to help clients; and we are looking for a therapist to add their own unique offerings! Clinician must be fully licensed and able to accept insurance.Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Utilize multiple modalities, models, therapy styles in treatment sessions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (must be fully licensed)
- Experience in mental health counseling, patient care, and direct support
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding and documentation practices
- Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and group therapy dynamics
- Familiarity with CBT, MCBT, DBT, and other holistic approaches
