Immediate opening available for a licensed therapist or registered associate, Providers and Clinicians with expertise working with children and adolescents, and couples or family counseling. Positions also available for Providers and Clinicians working with adults, complex traumas, family systems, and other specialties. Starting at 15 hours a week and increasing to full time 20 hours a week.

Requirements:

Licensed or Registered Associate in the state of Oregon Dedicated to quality, ethical care Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression and ADHD Experience with electronic health records systems Awareness &/or training in mindfulness, diversity, inclusion, LGBTQ+ health. Self-starter, self-motivated, willing to learn & work hard for your success. Motivated to help your practice, our clinic and most importantly our community grow. Has an abundance mindset! Has a drive to create a practice that makes you feel fulfilled!

Prefers:

Minimum of 1 year post-graduate experience. Clinical experience to include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and service delivery Experience working with Youth ages 5-18 Training in evidence-based practices Committed to the development of the group as we serve our greater community Bilingual, proficient in languages other than English Expertise or passion for working with diverse populations within our community Holistic health support. We are a mind-body wellness clinic and recognize that the mind-body-spirit connection is important when we evaluate and care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional, efficient, and well organized space. Keep detailed records of patient visits and treatments and close charts within 48 hours of appointment (preferably engaging in concurrent documentation). Listen, evaluate, and diagnose health issues developing individualized treatment plans. Communicate with staff regarding insurance, billing, and credentialing and provide documentation as needed/requested by insurance panels. Communicate with staff regarding supply/resources needs so that they may be ordered in a timely manner.
