At RM Counseling , we are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to our clients in a warm and supportive environment. Our practice is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our team on a contracted basis. We focus on empowering our clients to lead healthier, happier lives through individual and group therapy sessions.
Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or families. As a contracted therapist, you will have the flexibility to set your schedule and manage your caseload, while benefiting from the support and resources of an established practice. You will receive 60% of the profit for the services you provide, ensuring that your earnings reflect your work and dedication.
Responsibilities :
Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy to clients. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations. Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings as needed. Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure comprehensive care. Manage your schedule and caseload with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours.
Requirements :
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Active and unrestricted FL licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Strong clinical skills in individual, couple, or family therapy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Liability insurance coverage.
