Overview Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C or LMSW) Genuine Care Counseling and Wellness Position Overview Genuine Care Counseling and Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing practice. We are looking for a clinician with experience or strong interest in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional wellness. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care while fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Position Type Part-Time or Full-time W-2 Employee Flexible Schedule (Telehealth and In-Person Opportunities) Opportunity for Growth Responsibilities Provide individual therapy services to adolescents and adults. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based interventions to support client goals. Collaborate with other providers and referral sources when appropriate. Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing requirements. Pay:

$65.00 - $75.00 per hour
