Position We are currently seeking an energetic, compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team.

What We Offer Flexible schedule Consistent referral stream and marketing support Dedicated scheduling team to manage appointments Complete billing services with weekly direct deposit User-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Administrative support so you can focus on client care Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Responsibilities Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health disorders Develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing individual, family, or couples counseling Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with families and outside providers when appropriate Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards Contribute positively to our collaborative practice environment Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field Active North Carolina licensure (or associate licensure) in one of the accepted disciplines listed abovePreferred:
Two or more years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, organized, and dependable Strong time management and documentation skills Ability to build rapport and provide high-quality, client-centered careJob Types:
