Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a mental health therapist focused on treatment for children and families. This position is a full—time hybrid position, With opportunities to work remotely (up to 2 days per week) and in our beautiful Kalispell office (at least 70% patient care hours). Hours are flexible and you can work on your schedule. We value our therapists and facilitate a patient load that matches your work—life balance. This is a full-time, salaried position includes 23 direct patient hours weekly and consultation meetings. Optional opportunities include participating in research and weekly didactic trainings. Who We Are OpenWorld Psychology is an innovative mental health center for individual therapy, group therapy, assessment, and consultation across the lifespan. We are seeking another team member to build our community and provide more access to care and complete the time in our new office space in Kalispell. OpenWorld serves a large population with diverse needs, but some current specialties of the practice include neurodiversity, technology, and giftedness and twice-exceptionality. Our clinicians bring a range of identities, lived experiences, and clinical perspectives, creating a collaborative environment that is both diverse and grounded in evidence-based care. A favorite part of the week is group supervision, where the team shares breakfast, connects, and engages in high-quality consultation that supports clinical growth and cohesion. OpenWorld is also invested in community in a concrete way, with ongoing outreach and events. Clinician quality of life is a core value, reflected in a culture that prioritizes sustainable caseloads, flexibility, and support so clinicians can do excellent work without sacrificing balance. Support OpenWorld handles the scheduling, billing, contract forms (including consent documents, intake documents, and initial measures per your preference), electronic medical records (HIPAA-compliant EHR), and setting up all you need to focus on your clinical work. We will also work hard to get you on-boarded with our insurance partners so you can have a full patient load as soon as you are ready. Required Qualifications Experience working with children as a mental health therapist. Licensed to practice in the State of Montana as an LMHC LCSW, or LMFT. Knowledge and skills for using evidence-based therapy (for example, CBT, ACT, DBT, behavioral parent training, PCIT). Open for telehealth and in—person sessions, With a minimum Of 70% client appointments in—person. Employment contingent on credentialing through our EAP providers.
