Health Insurance Stipend:
$350 monthly for averaging 25 Clients per week $500 monthly for averaging 30+ Clients per week Additional Benefits Billing team will take care of all billing matters for you Admin team will take care of scheduling for you. Leadership team will provide world-class coaching on all things outreach for private practice to teach you the skills to grow your caseload! We are credentialed with most major insurances in Utah, including Utah Medicaid and Utah Medicare! Our leadership team provides a great level of support, being with you every step of the way We will provide you with your own personal office space Working closely with a fantastic team to collaborate and ensure the best therapy is provided - Fun Team meetings! This will be a Hybrid position - telehealth options are available Build your own schedule!Major Responsibilities:
Meets with clients to assess their needs, provides complete diagnosis, and in collaboration with clients, determines manageable problem focus and treatment priorities.Clients may include:
children, adolescents, families, adults, and elders. Strategize with leadership team to execute community outreach opportunities to help growth of caseload. Presents timely treatment plans to electronic medical records software. Interacts effectively with each client. Works with clients and, when appropriate, their support systems to produce behavioral, cognitive, and/or emotional changes that meet treatment goals. Evaluates client progress and revises treatment plans as needed. Works collaboratively with payers, referrers, primary care physicians, and community agencies in providing effective treatment to clients Completes all necessary documentation within required time parameters for each client.For example:
assessments and treatment plans, insurance authorizations, problem-oriented progress notes, and treatment summaries Maintains current licensed status and, if applicable, obtains licensure as agreed upon hire. Adapts to new developments in field through continuing education. Ensure all client information, including billing settings, are kept up to date.Must have basic computer skills:
Ability to navigate the internet and basic working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Requirements/Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate Degree in social work, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or counseling psychology from an accredited institution Must be licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Ed.D, Psy.
