Endless Blessings Clinical Services is excited to welcome an independently licensed mental health therapist to our growing group practice! This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate clinician who values independence, flexibility and the freedom to build a caseload that reflects their interests and availability. You will determine your schedule, manage your caseload and decide which referrals are the right fit for you. Our practice serves adults, couples, families and military-connected individuals. We support clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns and other mental health challenges. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys meaningful clinical work and would like the support of a group practice while maintaining the independence of operating their own business. What We Provide We want you to spend more time supporting your clients and less time managing administrative tasks.
Our practice provides:
Client referrals based on your specialties, interests and availability Insurance credentialing support Insurance verification, claims submission and billing support Administrative and scheduling support Electronic health record and telehealth platform Comfortable professional office space for in-person sessions Marketing and practice visibility Payment tracking and contractor payment statements A welcoming and supportive professional environment Compensation The contractor receives 55% of revenue actually collected for services personally provided by the contractor. Compensation is issued after the practice receives and posts payment from the insurance company or client. An office-use fee of $15 applies to each in-person session conducted at the practice. The office-use fee does not apply to telehealth sessions. Compensation is not issued for denied, uncollected, refunded, reversed or recouped claims unless payment is later received. As an independent contractor, the clinician is responsible for their own taxes, business expenses and professional insurance. What You'll Do Provide ethical, trauma-informed and client-centered mental health services Create a warm, respectful and supportive experience for clients Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes Maintain current treatment plans and other required clinical records Verify each client's physical location during telehealth sessions Follow applicable federal and state laws, licensing regulations and professional ethical standards Maintain an active professional license and individual professional liability insurance Maintain appropriate business and tax records Communicate independently with clients regarding clinical matters Keep the practice informed of your availability and whether you are accepting referrals Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements What We're Looking For An active, unrestricted Alaska license permitting independent clinical practice, such as: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Individual professional liability insurance National Provider Identifier (NPI) A current and accurate CAQH profile Ability to practice without clinical supervision Strong documentation, communication and organizational skills Reliable access to a private, HIPAA-compliant environment for telehealth services Ability to meet applicable background and credentialing requirements A compassionate, dependable and collaborative professional approach Preferred Experience We would be especially happy to hear from clinicians with: Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression or relationship concerns Experience supporting military-connected individuals and families Training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, EFT, Brainspotting or another evidence-based approach Experience providing individual, couples or family therapy Existing insurance credentialing, although it is not required Availability to provide in-person, telehealth or hybrid services Enjoy the Freedom of Independent Practice You will operate your own independent business while receiving administrative and referral support from our practice. You will retain control over your schedule, availability and caseload and may accept or decline referrals based on your professional interests and capacity. You may also provide services through other organizations and will use your independent professional judgment when delivering clinical care. As a 1099 independent contractor, this opportunity does not include employee benefits, paid leave, guaranteed hours or a guaranteed number of referrals.
