Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to accurately identify mental health conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc. Provide direct support through individual, group, and family sessions tailored to client needs. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure patient safety during emergencies. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver remote mental health services while maintaining HIPAA compliance and secure medical documentation practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, medical records documentation, and clinical research initiatives focused on behavioral health outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain applicable CEU to practice Qualifications Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), psychologist, or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children and adolescents in outpatient or inpatient settings; experience with trauma is highly desirable Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling, PTSD care, gender issues counseling, and behavioral management strategies. Experience conducting intake assessments and managing patient care within HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients across diverse backgrounds; experience with telehealth platforms is preferred.
