LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS Oasis Therapeutic Services Salary:
$75,000-$90,000 per year

We are currently hiring:
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialists (LCAS) If you are looking for a full-time opportunity where you can focus on providing meaningful, high-quality therapy while being part of a supportive professional environment, we would love to hear from you. Compensation $75,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, productivity expectations, and position responsibilities. What You'll Do As a Licensed Therapist with Oasis Therapeutic Services, you will provide evidence-based, client-centered behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and/or families based on your clinical expertise and scope of practice.
Primary responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy as clinically appropriate. Maintain a consistent full-time clinical caseload. Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Assess client progress and modify treatment interventions when appropriate. Conduct ongoing assessments for safety concerns, including suicidal and homicidal ideation. Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, schools, community providers, and other professionals when appropriate and authorized. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards. Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, training, and quality-improvement activities. Maintain all required licenses, credentials, continuing education, and professional documentation. Who We're Looking For We're seeking clinicians who are dependable, compassionate, clinically strong, and committed to providing an excellent client experience. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Addiction Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Current applicable professional license, such as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS. Ability to practice within the requirements of the applicable licensing board. Strong assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and clinical documentation skills. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a clinical team. Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing outpatient mental health or substance use treatment. Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or substance use disorders. Experience working with diverse client populations. Training in evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, or other specialized modalities.
