This is a primarily virtual therapist position , with the opportunity to work 1-2 days per week in our Sterling Heights office, if desired. This role offers flexibility for clinicians who prefer virtual work while still providing the option for in-person client care. Conduct individual therapy for clients with various mental health concerns. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards. Collaborate with other providers (e.g., psychiatrists, primary care physicians, etc.) as appropriate. Participate in case consultations and team meetings to enhance client care and professional development. Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations (HIPAA, state licensure laws) . Commit to at least 15 direct client hours per week , including at least three evenings per week or weekends .

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Licensed in Michigan as an LPC, LMSW, LLP, or LP. ✔ Experienced in providing age-appropriate interventions tailored to your client base ✔Able to commit to at least 15 direct client hours per week ✔Available for at least three evenings per week or weekends ✔ Organized and able to meet documentation deadlines ✔ Knowledgeable in ethical standards and HIPAA compliance ✔ Open to learning and implementing SLC's policies and procedures ✔ Willing to provide telehealth services. There is an option to work 1-2 days in-office.

• Special consideration will be given to those that provide couples therapy, EMDR, family therapy, and/or specialize in postpartum and/or LGBTQIA+ therapy.
