Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PMHNP-BC, or Psychologist) to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor . This role provides clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a diverse client population while maintaining full control over your caseload and schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and/or couples/family psychotherapy to clients via in-person and/or telehealth services Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, EMDR, trauma-informed care). Training in EMDR/Brain Spotting preferred. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) Collaborate with clients on treatment goals and track therapeutic progress Adhere to all ethical guidelines, professional standards, and state licensing requirements Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards at all times Manage own schedule, caseload, and client availability Contractor Structure (1099 Role) Position is not an employee role ; therapist operates as an independent contractor Contractor is responsible for self-employment taxes, licensing, malpractice insurance, and continuing education No benefits provided Clinical autonomy in treatment approach, scheduling, and caseload management Office space is available Sunday, Monday, and Saturday. Potential opportunities for use on other days depending on time and can be discussed. Telehealth platform accessible seven days a week. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted clinical license in Indiana. Masters or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience working in private practice or outpatient settings Specialization in trauma, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, or specific populations such as children or teens EMDR/Brain Spotting trained Compensation Structure Revenue split model employed - Clinician receives 70% of collected fees. Clinician will be paid monthly.
