Job Overview This position include Post-Graduate Supervision Hours for MFTs. We are seeking Post Graduate Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (LAMFT), or Clinical Trainee to join our dynamic mental health team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills, gain hands-on experience, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, families, and individuals. supervision as part of the contracted position. Show progressing competency in the initial part of the interview for basic state statutes, ethics, systems theory. Gain hours and supervision conducting individual; therapy, couples, and family counseling. Your role will be vital in fostering positive change and promoting mental wellness within our community. Duties Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine mental health needs and treatment plans Deliver individual, couples, and family counseling sessions utilizing behavioral therapy techniques, systems theory, and preferred modality focus. Assist with case management activities to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services Support patients through patient care activities, including progress monitoring and documentation of treatment outcomes Adhere to Supervision and Post graduate requirements in seeking licensure. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment adjustments, and clinical strategies Engage in ongoing training related to medical terminology, behavioral health practices, and mental health counseling standards Qualifications Current enrollment or recent completion of a Master's program in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field; valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an MFT or LAMFT. Experience or training in systems theory, basic counseling skills post practicum. Knowledge of medical documentation procedures, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance standards, and a willingness to learn. Strong/emerging skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and case management Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Prior experience in behavioral health or mental health counseling is a plus Join us to grow your clinical expertise while making a lasting difference!
