We are in need of master's level mental health clinicians to join our expanding team of intensive outpatient program therapists for our new primary mental health program! Mental Health Therapists in the full-time role will be responsible for running and managing all group programming, as well as carrying a caseload of clients to meet with individually as part of the day treatment programming. Our ideal candidate is reliable, positive, hard-working, passionate about helping others, growth-minded, and ready to jump into a fast-paced and collaborative working environment of professionals dedicated to recovery and wellness. Must have a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field. An active LCSW, LMHC, or LMSW-CC, is required (or conditionally licensed will be considered). Lightwork Therapy and Recovery provides high-quality, client-centered mental health day treatment. We use a personalized, solutions-focused approach to support lasting recovery. We strive to empower clients to develop tools, strategies, and more positive thinking patterns to help them navigate life in mental wellness.
