We are in need of master's level mental health clinicians to join our expanding team of intensive outpatient program therapists for our new primary mental health program! Mental Health Therapists in the full-time role will be responsible for running and managing all group programming, as well as carrying a caseload of clients to meet with individually as part of the day treatment programming. Our ideal candidate is reliable, positive, hard-working, passionate about helping others, growth-minded, and ready to jump into a fast-paced and collaborative working environment of professionals dedicated to recovery and wellness. Must have a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field. An active LCSW, LMHC, or LMSW-CC, is required (or conditionally licensed will be considered). Lightwork Therapy and Recovery provides high-quality, client-centered mental health day treatment. We use a personalized, solutions-focused approach to support lasting recovery. We strive to empower clients to develop tools, strategies, and more positive thinking patterns to help them navigate life in mental wellness. We meet clients where they are, and work alongside them in partnership to create practical tools and real-life coping strategies. We are a team of providers with decades of experience in the addiction and mental health treatment field. We use a variety of modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Motivational Interviewing Positive Psychology Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Mindfulness-Based (MBCT) Trauma-Informed Care We believe recovery is possible for everyone, and we are here to walk alongside our clients on their path to healing and transformation.
