Full-Time/Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Supervision Available Experienced Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Job Summary LifeLink Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist or Clinical Trainee (APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT) to join our Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) team. In this role, you will provide community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices . You will help individuals navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges while promoting healing, resilience, and long-term recovery . This is a fully community-based and remote role — services are delivered in client homes, schools, community settings, and via telehealth . No office-based sessions required What You'll Do Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5 criteria (ICD-10 documentation) Develop and implement individualized treatment and recovery plans
Provide:
Individual therapy Family therapy Skills training and psychoeducation Utilize evidence-based approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Trauma-informed care Motivational Interviewing Behavioral interventions (including ABA-informed strategies when appropriate) Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support , including trauma, PTSD, and grief-related care Deliver services in: Client homes Schools Community settings Telehealth platforms (HIPAA-compliant) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Service Facilitators Social workers Medical providers Schools and community partners Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and medical records Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, and coordinated care efforts (Optional/Advanced) Contribute to program development, outcomes tracking, and best practices Work Model (What Makes This Role Unique) Fully community-based + telehealth No office sessions required Flexible scheduling & autonomy Work directly in real-life environments where clients live and function Qualifications Required Master's degree in: Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field Wisconsin licensure (or working toward): LCSW, LPC, LMFT, APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT Experience working with: Children, adolescents, and/or families Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Ability to work independently in community settings Preferred Experience with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities Trauma-informed care Crisis intervention and behavior management Community-based or in-home therapy Familiarity with: Medicaid/CCS documentation and billing
