The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals, families, and couples in need of behavioral health support. This role is crucial in providing patient care and developing tailored therapeutic interventions to promote mental wellness. The therapist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients through various challenges. We do focus on attachment, relationship patterns, trauma, neurodivergence. You can also have your own focus and model that you use. We use a lot of EFT and IFS. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices. Provide therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on behavioral health issues. Utilize medical terminology appropriately in documentation and communication. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy. Engage in research activities to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy. Document progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately and timely. Experience A degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Experience working with individuals, couples, families Previous experience providing patient care for individual, famiies, couples Familiarity with IFS and EFT Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are crucial.
