Job Description

Jackson County Therapy is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice serving Southern Oregon. Founded in 2024, we provide evidence-based behavioral health services with an emphasis on clinical quality, individualized care, and measurable outcomes. Following our move in 2025, we are continuing to expand our team and are seeking clinicians who value professional collaboration, sound clinical judgment, and delivering effective, outcome-focused care.
Schedule & Flexibility:
Super flexible hours — perfect for someone balancing another job or family responsibilities. Both Part time and full time positions needed
Pay:
Compensation is based on license type, experience, availability and a few other factors. Roughly $75-$125 an hour, or 80-100k/yearly.
Location:
We prefer someone local and willing to work from our Medford location most days, but we're open to fully remote for the right fit. If you're interested, send your resume our way!
