We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. We serve a diverse range of client populations and offer individual, family, and marital therapy. We work with children, youth, and adults. We are seeking clinicians for full-time or part-time work. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients' mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals. Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Facilitate individual and/or group therapy sessions, including crisis intervention and behavior management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in case management activities to coordinate care for clients with complex needs. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling services when necessary. Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health treatment. Skills Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques, including but not limited to CBT, art therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Experience with child & family counseling and working with children experiencing developmental disabilities or autism. This is not a requirement. Strong crisis management skills and experience in crisis intervention strategies. Knowledge of behavioral health practices, including grief counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and trauma-informed care. Ability to conduct patient assessments and provide direct support in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
