Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. We are seeking a creative, compassionate, and self-motivated Mental Health Clinician who is looking for the flexibility of private practice, but with the support of a team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

? The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in outpatient settings and be skilled in various therapeutic modalities. ? Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field. ? Candidates should have clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCDP, LPCC, etc.) or be on track to licensure (pre-licensed providers). ? Required experience with completing clinical assessments, treatment plans, and case notes. ? Comfort and experience working with a diverse client base, particularly children ages 4 and older. ? Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!). ? Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance payors.

Responsibilities Include:

? Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. ? Provide therapeutic services for clients of all ages and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community. ? Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. ? Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol. ? For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week. ? Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. ? Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients. ? Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including behavioral and trauma therapy, and incorporate select methods with clients. ? Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. ? Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients. ?
