$40.00 to $46.00 per clinical hour, based on licensure and experience About the Role The Road to Endurance Counseling Services, LLC is hiring a full time Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice. We are looking for a clinician who values quality client care, consistency, teamwork, and timely documentation. This position is a good fit for a therapist who wants the flexibility of private practice with the added support and benefits of W2 employment. Core Responsibilities Provide individual outpatient therapy to teens and/or adults through telehealth and in office sessions Complete diagnostic assessments (90791) and ongoing therapy sessions (90837, 90834, 90832) as clinically appropriate Complete accurate, medically necessary documentation within 48 hours of each session Develop measurable treatment plans and complete required treatment plan reviews Maintain clear documentation connecting symptoms, diagnosis, interventions, progress, and medical necessity Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and caseload Communicate professionally with administrative and clinical team members Participate in required meetings, training, and supervision Follow ethical, confidentiality, safety, and practice policies Caseload Expectations Full time clinicians are expected to work toward and maintain an average of 20 completed client sessions per week once their caseload is established . Caseloads are built gradually through practice referrals based on client availability, insurance credentialing, and clinical fit. Schedule This is a hybrid position that includes telehealth and in office services at our Blue Ash location. Weekday morning and afternoon availability is preferred. Clinicians must be able to maintain a consistent in office schedule as part of the hybrid position. Compensation $40.00 to $46.00 per completed clinical hour , based on licensure and clinical experience. Paid administrative time is provided for approved required nonclinical responsibilities. Performance based productivity bonus opportunities are available for clinicians who exceed established productivity expectations.
