PCS-Counseling is seeking passionate, motivated therapists to join our growing private practice in Northville, MI. At this time we are looking for fully licensed professionals, however limited license clinicians with minimum of one year clinical experience are encouraged to apply as well . Must be willing to work minimum of 15 hours per week( 2 days per week in office and combination of in office and Telehealth sessions.) Competitive pay structure (up to 70% fee split) depending on caseload, license, and experience Full administrative support: scheduling, billing, credentialing, and marketing Assigned office space Flexible full-time or part-time hours: create your own schedule Hybrid work model (telehealth and in-person) Steady stream of referrals

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, or couples therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver services both in-person and via secure telehealth Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR system Participate in team consultation, supervision, and ongoing clinical training

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution Licensed in the State of Michigan as LMSW, LPC, or LP Professional liability insurance Experience in outpatient therapy, private practice, or similar clinical setting Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Available to work minimun of 10 hours a week- including some evenings and/or weekends
