Job Description

High Point Solutions is seeking a passionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our
ASAM 3.1
Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential Program . This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a structured, recovery-oriented environment and is committed to helping individuals overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The Therapist will provide individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, run mental health groups, and support clients through all phases of recovery while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
MUST HAVE
Active Maryland behavioral health license:
LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LGPAT, LGADC, LCSW
‑C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, LCADC, Psychology Associate, or PsyD. Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field. Experience with mental health, substance use, or co‑occurring disorders preferred. Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and documentation. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, recovery‑focused setting.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Frederick, MD 21701
