Mental Health Therapist (LGSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and Licensed Mental Health Therapis t to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, or groups dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. This role involves assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and case management in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy to clients (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other professionals as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and support as required
• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency guidelines
• Engage in continuing education to stay current on best practices in mental health care

Licensure :

• LGSW
• Psychologist,
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC),
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW),
• -Marriage Family Therapists (MFT)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic techniques and a variety of therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

Work Environment:

• May involve working in an outpatient clinic, private practice, school, or community setting
• Flexible scheduling, including some evening or weekend hours depending on client needs
• Potential for hybrid or telehealth-based sessions

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract Pay:

$65.00 per hour
