What You'll Do:
Provide mental health services to individuals and families, conducting thorough assessments and offering client centered care Document progress, write detailed notes, and maintain accurate records Offer compassionate support to help clients manage life challenges and improve their overall well-being Utilize evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes and deliver the highest quality care Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and ethical standards Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' needs and support their emotional growthRequirements:
Who You Are:
Determined and result driven individual while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and ethical standards Knowledgeable, highly organized, and innovatively-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit Competent, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environmentWhat You Need:
Master's degree in a relevant field 1-2 years of experience providing therapy, particularly to children and families Active LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity Openness to see clients in-personWhy You'll Love It Here:
