Remote Mental Health Therapist - Idaho Achieve Wellness Counseling Services, LLC Remote Position | Idaho Part-Time or Full-Time Achieve Wellness Counseling Services is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated therapists to join our busy private practice serving clients throughout Idaho. We currently have a strong demand for services and a waiting list of potential clients, making this an excellent opportunity for therapists who are looking to build a consistent caseload. Fully remote work from anywhere in Idaho Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling Established referral flow and clients ready to begin services Opportunity to quickly build a full caseload Competitive compensation, negotiable based on experience and credentials Clinical support without micromanagement A relaxed, collaborative practice culture Administrative support Opportunity for professional growth Supervision support may be available for the right candidate Potential future opportunity to work from our planned Idaho Falls office Position Responsibilities Therapists will: Provide individual, couples, family, or other psychotherapy services based on training and scope of practice Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes Develop and maintain appropriate treatment plans Maintain professional and ethical standards Communicate appropriately with clients and practice staff Maintain a consistent caseload based on agreed-upon availability Participate in consultation or supervision as appropriate Qualifications Applicants must: Hold a current license to practice psychotherapy in the State of Idaho as an LCPC, LPC, LMFT, or LICSW Be legally authorized to provide telehealth services to clients located in Idaho Maintain professional liability insurance as required Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting Have reliable internet access and an appropriate confidential environment for telehealth sessions Experience in private practice or telehealth is preferred but not required. Schedule Part-time or full-time We welcome clinicians who want to maintain a smaller caseload as well as therapists interested in developing a full-time practice. Because we currently have a strong referral volume, caseloads can be built based on therapist availability. Compensation Competitive and negotiable based on licensure, experience, availability, and caseload. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Location This is currently a remote position serving clients throughout Idaho . Achieve Wellness Counseling Services also plans to open an office in Idaho Falls in the future, which may provide an opportunity for clinicians interested in offering in-person services.
