Relaxed atmosphere Modern office setting Flexible working hours Wellness programs Work-from-home days Clinical Supervision Harmony 360 Counseling is seeking to hire a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA, LMHC, LMHCA) to join our integrative health and wellness team! We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist to work with children, teens, and adults in a supportive, holistic group practice environment. Provide assessments and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in an interdisciplinary team and engage in consultation within the organization. Collaborate with other mental health specialists to assess patient cases and develop treatment plans and referrals. Communicate patient progress to other healthcare professionals.We Offer:

Administrative Support Competitive compensation Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Positive team culture Flexible scheduling Requirements Fully or Associate Level Licensed LCMHC(A), LCSW(A) or LMFT(A) to practice in North Carolina, required Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and groups is preferred both in person and virtual Special interest in treatment of children, adolescents, young adults, couples, adults, and older adults is desired Clinicians who are comfortable and able to provide group interventions Individuals who are comfortable and able to complete assessment measures and screenings Clinicians who feel comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations Clinicians who are self-motivated, ambitious, and can quickly build rapport with clients Special consideration to those interested in working with children, adolescents, and families. Clinicians who have experience in EMDR, trauma, grief, Biofeedback, IFS, DBT, and other clinical techniques are desired Clinicians who have experience working with individuals with grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, life issues, stressors, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, and personality disorders are highly desired. Clinicians who want to work in a holistic atmosphere including working with massage therapists, acupuncturists, nutritionists, and those who do yoga are who we also desire to apply. We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician to perform the duties listed below. The Mental Health Clinician will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director. This position is responsible for providing mental health treatment services to individuals, couples and families through assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions. These services include individual and group psychotherapy. You should be well organized, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
