Position Summary The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and/or group therapy services to clients across a variety of presenting concerns. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and delivering evidence-based interventions that support client growth and wellness. What We Offer Industry-leading compensation through a unique pay model Comfortable, fully furnished office space Supportive, collaborative clinical environment Administrative and operational support Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Additional benefits and employee perks A values-driven culture that promotes work-life balance and clinician autonomy Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and establish appropriate diagnoses Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality outpatient therapy services Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan updates Utilize creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve treatment goals Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, case managers, and other members of the treatment team as appropriate Deliver exceptional client service and foster a welcoming therapeutic environment Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, trainings, and team collaboration activities Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client sessions per week for full-time status Perform other duties related to client care and clinical operations as assigned Required Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution Active state licensure or license eligibility as an LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent behavioral health credential Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Experience with Valant EHR is preferred Fully licensed clinicians are preferred and should ideally be credentialed with major insurance panels Preferred Attributes Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Creativity, flexibility, and a solution-focused approach to treatment Passion for increasing access to mental health services within the community Join Our Team If you are passionate about helping others, committed to clinical excellence, and looking for an organization that values both its clients and clinicians, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Ellie Mental Health team.
