Great Lakes Psychology Group (GLPG) is looking for independently licensed Wisconsin therapists and psychologists who want a professional place to see clients and the flexibility to shape their own practice. GLPG was founded by clinicians in 2011. At our West Allis office, you can build an in-person or hybrid caseload while our experienced teams support the administrative work that comes with accepting insurance and operating a private practice. Who we are looking for An independently licensed Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist A clinician with a master's or doctoral degree in an applicable behavioral health field A valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) Current professional liability insurance The ability to provide independent outpatient behavioral health services within the scope of your license How GLPG supports your practice Professional office space: Meet with clients at our West Allis location and use telehealth when it makes sense for your practice.
Control over your work:
Set your schedule, decide which clients you accept, and determine the size of your caseload. GLPG does not require a minimum caseload.
Client referrals and marketing:
We help prospective clients understand your specialties, experience, and clinical approach so they can make a more informed choice.
Hands-on scheduling support:
Our scheduling team can help prospective and current clients coordinate appointments.
Credentialing and payer support:
GLPG assists with credentialing, payer enrollment, and ongoing payer administration.

Experienced teams handle billing and claims workflows so you can spend more time on clinical care.

Your responsibilities As an independent clinician, you will: Use your independent clinical judgment and choose your therapeutic approach Set and manage your own schedule, availability, and caseload Provide ethical, evidence-informed outpatient services within your scope of practice Complete clinical documentation and other professional responsibilities in accordance with applicable standards Maintain all licenses, credentials, insurance, and professional requirements needed to practice Compensation and contract details Expected clinician earnings: Typically $75-$100 per completed standard session Contract type: 1099 independent contractor
