We offer flexible work options including in-office and telehealth. We provide EMDR Basic Training and Consultation to therapists. Position Overview We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide therapeutic services to a diverse client population. Key Responsibilities Provide mental health therapy within your scope of practice Maintain ethical and legal standards of care Contact new referrals within 24 hours Complete all clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) in a timely and compliant manner Utilize electronic health record systems (TherapyNotes) Participate in supervision as required by licensure Compensation & Payment Earn a competitive negotiable rate for services provided Paid bi-monthly (on or before the 15th and last day of the month) Compensation based on payments received Work Structure & Flexibility Set your own schedule, hours, and caseload Option to work: In-office (Stow, OH) In-office (Cleveland Heights, OH) Telehealth Requirements Active Ohio license (SWT, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, MFT, IMFT, IMFT-S, or equivalent) Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and liability insurance Ability to work independently and manage documentation efficiently Commitment to ethical and professional standards Willingness to follow agency policies and complete required trainings Supervision & Support Weekly supervision available for clinicians working toward independent licensure Additional consultation or supervision may be required as needed EMDR Training Provided EMDR Consultation Included Additional Expectations Maintain a minimum average of 12 billable hours per week Responsible for personal expenses (e.g., transportation, phone, etc.) Maintain professional liability insurance Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA standards Contract Term This is a contract position.
