Weekly clinical development trainings Case consultation and collaborative problem-solving Diagnostic formulation and treatment planning discussions Exposure to a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches Opportunities to learn from experienced clinicians with diverse specialties Clinical conversations that challenge and support growth Weekly supervision for pre-licensed clinician We believe the strongest clinicians develop through curiosity, reflection, mentorship, and community. Learn Alongside Experienced Clinicians Our team includes clinicians with advanced training and experience in: EMDR Internal Family Systems (IFS) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) CBT-I Gottman Method Couples Therapy Trauma-Informed Care Family Systems Therapy Couples and Relationship Therapy Narrative Therapy Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) / Exposure-Based Therapies Motivational Interviewing (MI) Whether you're newly licensed or an experienced therapist, we value clinicians who remain open to learning and committed to expanding their effectiveness in the therapy room.
